AVERAGE TURNAROUND (MADE TO ORDER SNEAKERS): Our custom sneakers are made to order therefore unless the item has been purchased from our ‘Ready To Ship’ category it will take 30-40 days to create and send your custom out. The reason why the customs take this long is due to the extreme craftsmanship and detail that goes into each and every pair and the volume of orders we have. Please note this can increase or decrease at any time. 

 

SIZING: We have a size guide available here to ensure you pick the correct size shoe based on where in the world you are, please be sure of this as after production the shoe size cannot be altered, and we do not accept returns. 

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:

• Each pair is made to order specifically for you, in your size and with your chosen design! This means that all sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable. 
• We purchase the shoes from an authorised retailer and then add the design, if there are any issues with the quality of the shoes and not the design, we cannot be held liable for this. 
• We provide the shoe & the design work so you can sit back and just wait for them to arrive at your door! No need to faff around trying to buy the shoes.
• Although we make our shoes as durable as possible please remember they are a speciality item and are not intended for rigorous, everyday use.
