Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are more than happy to ship to anyone, anywhere!
We send all products marked as a gift but please be aware that since Brexit, you may be subject to custom fees in which you as the customer are responsible for. If you fail to pay these and your product is shipped back to us, you are responsible for repaying the postage to have them re-shipped to you. Similarly, if your item is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for repaying the postage to have them re-shipped to you.
What is your average turnaround time?
Our sneakers take on average 40 days, however this is dependant on design and shoe, give or take a few days. All Customised Sneakers are made upon request, with no stock held in office, which is reflected in our process time scale. 40 days is an estimate and we always aim to complete the shoes earlier than the time frame.

What are the payment options?
We accept all debit and credit cards. Paypal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay* payments are also accepted. Making it easier for you to buy your favourite items!
* Payment plans are only available to over 18's. Pay in 3 or Pay Later with Klarna.
Are the custom designs durable?
At Prettyie Customs the quality of our products is the most important thing to us. The paints we used are specifically for leather and are crack, water resistant and 100% wearable. However, we do advise that you take good care of any type of custom, as at the end of the day, they are a piece of art! - they are not intended for rigorous, everyday use.
How do I know once my order has been sent?
Once shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to let you know that your order has been shipped, along with tracking details. If your item is returned to us for any reason, you are responsible for repaying the postage to have them re-shipped to you.Can I return items or request a refund?
Once you have placed an order, this is an automatic agreement to Prettyie's Terms, which is that all items are non-returnable due to them being made specifically for you!Can I request my own design?
Yes of course! You're welcome to have any material and colour as we are able to source this for you. With bespoke custom enquiries, please allow a slightly longer turnaround for sourcing materials and colours. You can get in contact here to submit a Bespoke Custom Enquiry.
